Privacy notice

This notice covers the AIRDA waitlist. It explains what we collect when you join, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

Twenty Six Studio is the controller of your data. Contact us at support@airda.ai.

What we collect

Your work email address. If you choose to add them: your showroom name, town, how many kitchens you fit per month, and the two numbers you enter in "Count the gap" (kitchens fitted this year and how many you posted). Whether you ticked the box for updates. How you found the page: the page that sent you and any campaign tags in the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign).

Why we use it

To run the waitlist: to tell you when AIRDA is available to you, with pricing, and to decide which showrooms to onboard first. If you ticked the box, we also send occasional updates about AIRDA. We don't sell or share your details for anyone else's marketing.

Lawful basis

For the waitlist itself, our legitimate interest in contacting showrooms that asked to hear about AIRDA. For updates, your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us or replying to any update.

Where it's stored

In a database run by Supabase, hosted in the EU. Our hosting provider, Vercel, serves the website. If email notifications are switched on, Resend delivers a copy of new sign-ups to our own inbox.

How long we keep it

Until 12 months after AIRDA launches, then we delete it. We delete it sooner if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy. Email support@airda.ai. We'll reply within one month.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
